UiPath integrates Microsoft Outlook in UiPath Studio. This means there are activities integrated that help you with the email automation when you are using the Outlook application.

On top of that, the activities and workflows in this bundle help to automate filtering and processing of emails across individual and shared Outlook mailboxes. Manage tasks and Outlook Calendar events with easy configurations.

Workflow will check whether specified folder is exists in outlook folders, if folder already exists workflow will do nothing and if folder doesn't exist it will create the folder with the name specified by user in argument (in_NewFolder).

This component creates an outlook mail folder where we need to pass the folder name which need to be created as argument.

This activity package allows easy integration with Outlook calendar events by allowing Outlook Calendar event creation and management. These activities work on Outlook Meetings and Appointments.

A lot of companies have shared mailboxes to follow up mails (like support teams, helpdesks,…). This component allows you to send mails directly from these mailboxes. Adding attachments in a dynamic way is very handy for mail merge applications and once the mail is send it can be automatically be placed in a folder of your choice to keep track of the mails send by the robot.Chasing mails is a nice activity to follow up mails that should be replied within a certain time period.
