Before initiating your first project, it is essential to follow the authentication steps outlined in the connector documentation. This ensures seamless setup and operation of the integration.
Activities Included
- Compress a PDF - Reduces the file size prior to performing workflow operations that use bandwidth or memory.
- Create a PDF from other format - Creates a PDF document from Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) in Adobe PDF Services.
- Export a PDF to other formats - Exports a PDF file into a number of supported formats by performing an OCR operation. The supported formats are DOC, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, RTF.
- Linearize a PDF - Converts a PDF file to a linearized or web-optimized PDF File.
- Create a word or PDF document - Merge the input JSON data with word based templates to create dynamic documents.
- Download file - Downloads a file based on the Job ID retrieved from any operation performed above this. The file donwload fails if the upstream Job is not complete and hence it is recommended to use a Delay activity before this download activity to allow the previous job to complete.
- Get Record - Retrieves a record from Adobe PDF Services.
