The PII feature is part of NER in Azure Text Analytics and it can identify and redact sensitive entities in the text that are associated with an individual person such as phone number, email address, mailing address, passport number, etc
Note. The Azure AI Text Analytics services are subject to a separate subscription which needs to be acquired from Microsoft. Different terms and conditions may apply, as indicated here: Cognitive Services Terms | Microsoft Azure and data will be processed by Microsoft as per their privacy and data collection policies.
