Analyze Power BI projects and extract all the information such as Measures, Tables, Data sources, etc.

概要

Users require the PowerBI application in an installed manner.

1. Download this .nupkg and save it in your desired location.

2. Open a blank process and then use “Manage Activities”, install UiPath.Database.Activities and Power_Bi_Analyzer activity under the CG2020 RPA Elites package.

3. Drag and drop the Power_Bi_Analyzer activity in a sequence and fill the following details.

4. In the Property pane of Power_Bi_Analyzer activity input:

Filepath: Location of the Power BI file with its name and extension (.pbix) should be provided.
Parameter: Users need to provide any of the following parameters as string:

Measures
Tables
Tables and Columns
Calculated Columns
Datasources

N.B: Pass the name with the same spelling as we have provided above.

ResultTable: The output will be saved in a DataTable format. Assign a variable for this parameter.
