Digital Certificate Generator

This is a QDB ( Quick Deployable Bot ) developed by Chiacon Consulting. Use Case : Certificate generation for events like trainings, workshops, events take too much manual effort and time. Non Value added, repetitive, non skill enhancing job for employees. Solution : Digital Robot to generate digital certificate for any and every type of event(s). Automatically sends personalized email to participants / admins, as needed. Plug and Play enabled, custom config possible – needs zero technical skill.

In this Digital World, everything is now moving online, be it education, training or office work.

We have seen HR or Learning & Development departments within organizations spending many hours in generating the certificates and sharing with all employees.

Even many Academic Institutions are still doing this work manually.

This Bot is being developed by Chiacon Consulting to empower your organization to solve that particular problem and save hundreds of manual hours.

Following are the activities in the package :

• Powerpoint Template - can be customized or uploaded by you, keep the file name same.
• Metadata Files - store the list of texts which need to be replaced.
• Excel List - File with the details of all participants whom certificate needs to be generated and shared on individual emails.

This Bot will ask for your Email Id and Password in order to send the emails to participants. AFTER EXECUTION, THIS EMAIL ID AND PASSWORD IS NOT STORED, NOT FORWARDED AND NOT COMPROMISED IN ANY WAY.

The Bot will read the Metadata files, replace the corresponding texts in the Powerpoint Template, generate the Certificate and save the same in PDF format. Once the certificate is saved, it sends the same to corresponding email Id of the participant through email.
