Trade Finance – Create Letters of Credit

Automate the Trade Finance process of creating Letters of Credit based on information a client provides to the Bank.

This Solution Accelerator extracts the required data points from the following document types:

1. Application Form
2. Invoice
3. Contract

It automates the extraction of the required data from the documents clients provide to have the bank create a Letter of Credit. The Solution Accelerator allows for rapid human in the loop review and input where necessary. This can accelerate the extraction of data / reduce manual effort required for data extraction / reduce turnaround time by up to 75%.

It offers the automation of retrieving documents from various endpoints (email, network drives) and collect, classify, and support your reviewing process.

It uses GenAI pre-trained models, for efficient data extraction, however it is also adaptable to other various models. With support for a variety of trading documents in terms of processing and data extraction such as: Application Forms, Invoices and Contracts, it generates the confidence that the document digitization process is compliant and efficient.

If it is desired to refine the already provided models to resonate more closely with a particular document variant in their unique operational context, the models can be further trained. With the groundwork firmly in place, the implementation time can be reduced by weeks.

The use of UiPath Document Understanding Models requires UiPath AI Units.
