A quick solution that makes your life easier to conduct health screening surveys at enterprise level

概要
In the midst of COVID-19, the administration within enterprises would find themselves hard to collect health status information from employees.
This solution is pre-configured to pass the link of an online health survey form to employees through WhatsApp or email and it would periodically notify those who has yet to fill in the survey.
Once a day the data in the survey will be summarised into an Excel report and emailed to the pre-configured recipient.
Detailed Workflow mechanism:
1. read a predefined config file, which contains various settings like the notification message and survey link, recipient phone # and email address etc
2. every two hours (configurable) the robot downloads the report from the survey provider (for now we choose Microsoft Form)
3. from the report the robot checks who hasn't fill in the form yet and it would send a notification message through WhatsApp to them, meanwhile the manager will also receive a list of these non-respondent through email
4. at the end of day (~6pm), manager will receive a report which contains various statistics and pie charts
