概要

Warehouse user scans the barcode on the MS powerapps mobile app and UiPath bot helps provide the receipt for the item from Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

Ideal Solution

Secure Mobile application (no device cost to organization) to give latest up to minute inventory details from ERP on scanning from any warehouse of the organization. Utilizing existing D365 and O365 licenses.

UiPath acts like a bridge between SharePoint List and D365. The SharePoint list is connected to the powerApps. The user can scan the details of the received item barcode. The details will be entered in the SharePoint list automatically. UiPath will enter these data into respective field and create the receipt in it or if an error came in between it will inform through PowerApps.

The receipt will not be downloaded from D365.

機能

Scanner Device Cost eliminated No ERP training and licenses required for shippers and packers on the warehouse floor. Available as a service on cloud or on prem. Status and receipt numbe of the item will be available in the PowerApps itself. No need to login D365.
