unable to create or get issues from Jira while using get issue seeing below issue.
what will be the reason for this anything i need to set up Jira side
while trying to create seeing below error

Please check if your instance isn't in hibernation mode. To be sure of this open a Browser with your Jira and search for an issue then try the connection again.

Hi Sylvain, there are two ways to do it:
- The simple way is to navigate to the URL using the Open Browser activity. This should immediately start downloading the file in your browser. Then, you can get the file from the Downloads folder. You might have to be logged in to Jira before navigating to the URL, which you can do by using basic web automation activities. Then, you can use the Navigate To activity to access the attachment URL.
- The more programmatic way to do it is by running some VB.NET code inside your automation. You can use the code found here and adapt it to your automation.

Please use the Report a Bug button on the right of the page, to submit a bug ticket with this error and please try to include as much info as possible, like screenshots, or more details of how you are using the activity.
The most important detail right now is the full error message (especially what comes after "Invalid request error").

I have opened a "Jira Software Application Scope" activity, and within it a "Search issues using JQL" activity.
The problem is that the result I save is limited to 100 records.
If I put 100, it only brings me 100.

Hi Luis, we just uploaded version 1.0.1 which contains an update the "Search issues using JQL" activity. You have 2 new fields that will allow you to use this activity in a loop and get all the results.

Right now, we only support Add and Delete attachment, but the Get Attachment activity will be available in the next release, which is coming soon.
