About

Metamaze is a no-code Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform, that enables organizations to extract structured data from any type of document automatically, such as invoices, delivery receipts, purchase orders, logistical documents, etc. Metamaze uses best-in-class Artificial Intelligence and capabilities to extract, understand and process entire documents, including text, dates, currencies, tables, signatures, stamps, page numbers and much more.

This package enables you to interact via UiPath with the Metamaze API. You can upload files instantly or create upload batches. When these documents are (being) processed it is possible to ask the API the current status. If this process is done, a json file for each of the documents in that process is created which contains all the extracted entities.

The package consists of 5 activities:

- Upload files and immediatly process them 

- Get the status of a process

- Start a processing batch

- Upload files to batch

- End batch upload and start processing

This package will enable Metamaze users to automate the process of uploading documents, creating batches and receiving the extracted data by making use of UiPath. You won't need to do all these tasks manually in the web-interface of Metamaze. Instead, with the use of these activities, you can automate this whole process. Through these UiPath activities, Metamaze can be integrated into any document processing workflow.

For example: You can upload all the invoices in a certain folder on a daily basis. It is also possible to ask the process status and get json files back with the extracted entities (Price, Company name, VAT,...)
