• As part of user journey, an organization identifies roles and skills for the overall organization at an enterprise level.
• ElevateX team provides the roles template to the organization (organizationRoles).
• In order to perform end-to-end assessment, the ElevateX platform performs skills assessment. To perform this functionality, data needs to be added to the “OrganizationRoles” table in SQL database.
• Depending upon the size of the organization, roles and skills could range between a few 100 to >1000. Manual DB entry is not feasible for data entry for large organizations having several personas.
• ElevateX has created “AutomateOrganizationRole” Bot. The bot extracts data from organizationRoles template, connects with the database and inserts records as bulk entry.
• Data entry by the bot is efficient, fast and error-free.

Persona Mapping use case and integration

• As part of user journey, an organization identifies personas who would like to take part in the assessment.
