We can start working together doing a initial process discovery, using mining tools and getting in touch with process owners within your company.
In the initial phase we'll create a Process Assessment Matrix to select the Business Process that is more feasible to automate. After that, we can select one or more processes to provide as Proof of Concept with low effort and high revenue, in order to kickstart the automation project and cut the costs from the beginning.
