QuickBooks Online Activity Package

Automate QuickBooks Online with UiPath IntegrationService package, using the UiPath Connector for secure, reusable connections.

The UiPath.QuickBooksOnline.IntegrationService.Activities package helps automate QuickBooks Online processes. By leveraging the UiPath Connector for QuickBooks Online, this package integrates with your QuickBooks Online instance.

How It Works

To automate outbound processes between UiPath and QuickBooks Online, the package establishes a secure, authenticated connection via the UiPath Connector for QuickBooks Online. Once the connection to your QuickBooks Online instance is established, it can be efficiently reused across all subsequent child activities within your automation projects.

Before starting your first automation project, ensure you follow the steps outlined in the Authentication Guide from the connector documentation to set up the connection properly.

Activities

• Event Trigger - Creates a trigger for a specified QuickBooks Online event.
• Get Attachment - Retrieves an attachment in QuickBooks Online.
• Get Attachment Download Link - Gets an attachment link to download a file from QuickBooks Online.
• List Attachments - Lists attachments in QuickBooks Online.
• Insert Record - Inserts a new record. After inserting the record, the activity outputs the String identifier assigned to the new record and the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities.
• Update Record - Updates an existing record. After updating the record, the activity outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities.
• Delete Record - Deletes a record. After deleting the record, the activity outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities.
• Replace Record - Replaces a record in QuickBooks Online.
• Get Record - Retrieves a record. After retrieving the record, the activity outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities.
• List All Records - Lists all the records in QuickBooks Online.
• Create Customer - Creates a customer in QuickBooks Online.
• Update Customer - Updates an existing customer in QuickBooks Online.
• Create Item - Creates an item in QuickBooks Online.
• Update Item - Updates an item in QuickBooks Online.
• Create Vendor - Creates a vendor in QuickBooks Online.
• Update Vendor - Updates a vendor in QuickBooks Online.
