A vital component of any recruiting strategy is where and how the talent is sourced. It’s also the most time-consuming stage during the hiring process, as recruiters spend at least 60% of their time in the sourcing stage.
Add consistency and quality to the recruitment process – and improve talent quality with the Resume Sourcing Support Solution Accelerator.
The Solution Accelerator will help recruiters source, identify, validate, and recruit candidates more quickly and effectively, saving recruiters valuable time and helping them provide a more positive candidate experience every step along the way.
The code in this Solution Accelerator package processes resume sourcing support in this progression:
- The Automation creates a daily input file based on details available in requisition (job description, minimum requirements, education, years of experience, location).
- Upon applying, bot opens the input file and scans resume and application to extract data per requisition into a reporting format.
- Recruiter receives daily or weekly report to review candidates in a CSV report.
- Report indicates whether the candidate has met minimum job requirements with a suggested disposition (reject, move forward, review needed).
- The report allows the recruiter to validate the suggested disposition for next steps and actions.
