Overview
Rainbird is a no-code intelligent automation platform that enables you to automate complex, human-like decisions and apply them to robots, processes, products and services.
Each decision comes with evidence for how it was made, ensuring full transparency and explainability.
Decisions are designed and tested by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in our no-code Studio and support 3 scenarios:
- Fully-autonomous: designed to make decisions without human intervention.
- Human-in-the-loop: designed to act as a digital consultant and gather the necessary data from an end-user until a decision can be made.
- Semi-autonomous: designed to make an autonomous decision where possible, but also gather additional data from end-users when necessary.
This custom activity enables decisions to be integrated into your RPA bots and processes. The package consists of 3 primary activities and 6 secondary activities:
Primary:
- Start: starts a session, within which decisions can be made.
- Query: ask for a decision from Rainbird.
- Evidence: view evidence for how a decision was made.
Secondary:
- Inject: provide bulk data required to make a decision.
- Response: if Rainbird requires more information in order to make a decision, and is configured to ask for it, the answer can be provided via the response activity.
- Undo: undoes the previous interaction e.g. the previous answer. Primarily used to support a back button in human-in-the-loop UIs.
- Interaction log: returns the questions and answers for a human-in-the-loop scenario.
- Session: returns information about the session, including all the data that is being considered within the session.
- Version: returns the current version number of the Rainbird platform.
