Overview

Overview

One of the problems we face while running an attended BOT is that the user has to supervise the process and provide data wherever necessary. Thus, the user will not be able to fully focus on other work.
The Audio Log Activities are created to overcome this problem by using audio notification whenever the user’s assistance is required.
This activity pack contains two activities:
Log Config – SSet the audio log configuration values. This activity is used at the beginning of the process, or before using the first Log Message activity from this pack. It is a one-time activity for the entire project.
Properties/Configurations:
Input:
  • IsMuteLogs: A Boolean field that defines whether to enable audio or disable during the BOT run. This property is defined keeping in mind that these audio logs can also be used for debugging BOT during development and disabled while deploying to production environment.
  • Log Type: An option set with values as INFO, SUCCESS, EXCEPTION and ERROR. This will define the type of logs to be logged.
  • SpecifyLogType: A Boolean field defining whether to specify the log type while enunciating log message.
Output:
  • None
Log Message – Enunciates the specified message at the specified level.
Properties/Configurations:
Input:
  • Level: An option set value defining the log level of the message. The possible options are INFO, SUCCESS, EXCEPTION and ERROR.
  • Message: A string value specifying the message to be enunciated.

  • None
