Based on customer requirements, Sales orders are placed to its customers for the supply of finished goods that contain a
lot of information that is being handled while executing the order. Sales Orders carry different information to different
customers like Item, Quantity, Multiple Line Items, Shipping Address, Bill to Address, VAT, etc. An automation tool ensures
handling this information and creating a Sales Order with data accuracy.
With UiPath Automation Tool, this Sales Order transaction is carried out in the JDE ERP system using Create Sales Orders
Menu. This way the automation carries out a high volume of Sales Orders that get created in the JDE system for different
customers, based on the requirement. It carries out the task with clear accuracy ensuring all the Sales Orders are created
along with the specified number of line items for each customer with their respective information contained in the Order.
· The UiPath tool validates all source master information while creating the Sales Order in the JDE system.
· It updates Order Information Back to the Source with the generated Sales Order number and reports any exceptions.
· UiPath Studio – The Excel Integration activities inside Studio help to capture the key information required to create the
Sales Order as well as to update the Order Information back to the file.
