「出荷予定日」:「希望納期」-「中日」-1-「非営業日数」
「中日」：「都道府県マスタ.xlsx」の列「中日」で設定することができます。
サンプルの値が入力されていますが、業務に合わせて変更して使用してください。
「非営業日」：「カレンダー.xlsx」で設定することができます。
列「営業日フラグ」を、（営業日:0,非営業日:1)と設定してください。
デフォルトで式が入っていますが、土日祝日を自動的に、非営業日とするための式です。
