IBM's Cash Applications Digital Worker automates and runs the End-to-End workflow for the Cash Applications process in the Order to Cash area of a company's Accounts Receiveable department by applying a range of prebuilt skills, for example digitizing documents like bank statements and remittances, matching payments with open invoice items, applying cash and posting the transactions into a client’s ERP systems e.g. SAP ERP.
