Overview

An invoice, bill, or tab is a formal commercial document issued by a seller to a buyer as part of a sales transaction. This document outlines the details of the transaction, including the products, quantities, and agreed-upon prices for the goods or services provided by the seller to the buyer.

This model is trained to extract vital data points from various types of invoices. The model schema consists of 27 fields and 7 items, along with a currency classifier that enables the extraction of key information including customer and vendor details, payment specifics, products or services, and payment-related information, including bank details. Additionally, the flexibility exists for customers to tailor the schema of fields to their specific requirements, accommodating diverse business needs.

The Document Understanding Solution Accelerators come equipped with Specialized AI modelstailored to particular document types. If a business wishes to refine these models to resonate more closely with a particular document variant in their unique operational context, the models can be further trained. With the groundwork firmly in place, the implementation time can be reduced by weeks.

The use of UiPath Document Understanding Models utilizes UiPath AI Units.
