Overview

The solution is an intelligent hiring automation solution designed to solve one of recruiting’s biggest problems: “What if our best candidates never even got seen?”

Recruiters today are overwhelmed by high application volumes, spending 3–4 minutes per resume while over 70% of applications are irrelevant. This manual, inconsistent, and time-consuming process leads to missed top talent, slower hiring cycles, and recruiter burnout.

This solution delivers a 24/7, hands-free screening engine that standardizes candidate evaluation across roles and departments. Built on the UiPath platform, it automates resume intake, parsing, scoring, and early-stage engagement, while keeping humans in control of final decisions.

How it works (Process Flow)

  • Resume intake & triggering UiPath Integration Service monitors incoming resumes (e.g., via email) and automatically triggers evaluation jobs for each new candidate.
  • Automated resume parsing & scoring UiPath Agents parse unstructured resumes to extract key data such as skills, experience, roles, and certifications. Candidates are then scored against predefined job profiles based on relevance and fit.
  • Human validation via Action Center / Apps Extracted candidate information and scores are sent to Action Apps for optional recruiter review and validation before proceeding.
  • Smart departmental questionnaires If a candidate qualifies for a specific department or role, a role-specific smart questionnaire is triggered via UiPath Apps to further assess skills, motivation, or domain knowledge.
  • Automated response evaluation Candidate responses are collected and scored by UiPath Agents, with structured feedback surfaced through an Action App for recruiters to decide on the next stage (interview, pipeline, or rejection).

All of this completes in roughly 4 minutes per candidate, with minimal manual touchpoints—turning high-volume screening into a repeatable, scalable workflow.

⚠️ This automation provides decision support only. Candidate scores and recommendations must be reviewed by a human recruiter before any hiring decision is made.
