Microsoft Sentiment is part of the Azure Cognitive Services AI family, which provides sentiment prediction and scores for each sentiment class for text in various languages, including Positive, Negative, and Neutral. The Sentiment Analysis connector offers sentiment labels based on the highest confidence score found by the service for a sentence and document-level.
To begin using the Microsoft Sentiment connector for automation processes, users must first establish a connection with their Microsoft Sentiment instance by following the step-by-step instructions provided on the Microsoft Sentiment authentication page.
Users can leverage the connection to enable Microsoft Sentiment activities in UiPath Studio and create automations that interact with Microsoft Sentiment data. These activities allow users to execute create, read, update, and delete operations on their Microsoft Sentiment objects.
The Microsoft Sentiment connector does not currently support events and is in preview.

The Sentiment Analysis UiPath connector allows users to integrate Microsoft Sentiment into their UiPath workflows. The connector provides sentiment labels such as "negative", "neutral" and "positive" based on the highest confidence score found by the service at a sentence and document-level.
This means that the sentiment of a whole document can be analyzed, or of individual sentences within the document, and provide a sentiment label based on the most confident prediction.
