The PagerDuty connector enables integration between UiPath and PagerDuty, providing automated incident management and proactive monitoring capabilities. To start using the PagerDuty activities in your workflows, you must first establish a secure connection with your PagerDuty instance. Detailed authentication instructions are provided on the PagerDuty authentication page.
The connector supports events via polling. Further information on event handling is available on the PagerDuty events page.
Once connected, you can leverage the PagerDuty activities within UiPath Studio to automate incident creation, user management, event tracking and notification workflows.
