Peraton Notification Activity Package is a set of powerful automation activities that lets you send notifications and communicate to the right people at the right time, using automated workflows.

It provides easy to use drag and drops activities that integrate UiPath workflows with market-leading services like AWS, Twilio & SendGrid for sending emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, voice calsl, and verification services.

It consists of 20 activities that are grouped into 3 core service integration components:

- AWS Activities: Send Email and SMS using AWS SNS & SESs.
- SendGrid Activities: Send Simple & Template base emails using SendGrid.
- Twilio Activities: Send SMS, WhatsApp Messages, Voice Calls, Verification codes using Twilio.

With Notification activities, you can create a series of automated emails/SMS/Voice messages, sending notifications, alerts, communicating with customers to help grow your relationships.

A few use cases where notification activities can be used are in the Healthcare Industry for COVID-19 related communication, personalized marketing in E-commerce, citizen services (DMV, Claims, Benefits, Education), timely responses in Disaster Recovery, event updates, NGO (Non-Profits), weather alerts.
