Overview
This component can be used to secure the existing Excel, Word ,PDF, Presentation files with password and to remove the password from existing protected Excel, Word, PDF, Presentation files.
1. Protect File Activity - It will protect the existing Excel, Word, PDF, Presentation files with a provided password and will save the ProtectedFile in the same file path with the same file name.
- InArgument: FilePath -Existing file path.
Password - the password with which the file needs to be protected.
- OutArgument: Status - It will provide "Success" as an output if there is no exception and if exception occurs, it will provide the exception details as output.
2.UnProtect File Activity - It will unprotect the existing Excel, Word, PDF, Presentation password protected files by providing the password used to protect that file and saving the unprotected file in same file path with the same file name.
- InArgument: FilePath - The existing protected file path
FilePassword - the password already used to protect the file.
- OutArgument: Status - It will provide "Success" as an output if there is no exception and if exception occurs, it will provide the exception details as output.
