Overview
This package has three activities to help you manage file downloads:
- On File Downloaded
- Wait File Downloaded
- Get Download Folder Path
On File Downloaded
A container activity that waits for a file to be downloaded and enables you to perform multiple actions with it. A local variable can be used by child activities to access the current downloaded file name.
Properties
Input
- FileNamePattern - The file name pattern to be downloaded.
- Local variable (Only on designer panel) – The local variable that will store the name of the downloaded file and that can be used for child activities.
Common
- ContinueOnError - If set, continue executing the remaining activities even if the current activity has failed.
- Timeout (milliseconds) - Specifies the amount of time (in milliseconds) to wait for the file to download before an error is thrown. The default value is 60000 milliseconds (1 minute).
Options
- DownloadFolder - The folder path where the file will be downloaded, if not specified, the Downloads folder of the current user will be used.
- StartDateTime - The DateTime value at which the download started; if not specified, the current DateTime is used.
- DelayBetweenSearches - Specifies the amount of time (in milliseconds) used between each check that the file has been downloaded. The default value is 1000 milliseconds (1 second).
Output
- FileName - The full downloaded file name.
Wait File Download
Wait for a file to be downloaded by the browser.
