Overview
This package contains an activity that sends an Outlook meeting appointment or to add recipients to an existing meeting appointment (based on a matching Subject).
If a new Outlook meeting appointment is required, set NoSearchForExisting to FALSE. Otherwise, the activity searches existing Outlook meeting appointments for a matching Subject and adds recipients to the existing meeting if they have not been previously added.
Other options:
- Account - Specify the Outlook account to use under the Outlook profile (e.g. 'SlalomRocks@slalom.com').
- RequestResponse - Requires recipients to respond to the meeting request.
- ForceUpdateToAllAttendees - Send update to all attendees upon updating a meeting appointment.
- IsBodyRTF - Use Rich Text Format for the meeting body.
Pre-condition: Outlook is currently closed and active by the local machine user.
Post-condition: An Outlook meeting appointment invite is sent.
