Intentionally kept simple to allow easy adoption with minimum pre-requisites.
It is comprised of five processes:
Read configuration file
Send out surveys via email to participants managed via a Master File
Read incoming emails and check for participant Temperature data, update Master File
Read incoming emails and check for weekly survey results, update Master File
Check local Outlook Calendar of meetings with ROOM bookings and remond (via email) attendees of Social Distancing policy etc. Processes will need scheduling or manually starting. For large numbers of participants, the Master File would need moving from Excel to a database.
(The solution could be further modified to use SharePoint Forms, MS Forms, Slack, Whatsapp, Slack etc)
