Overview
The criteria for using the Telegram Activities are:
- the BOT TOKEN - provided by GodFather Bot in Telegram.
- the CHAT ID of the person that will receive the request.
- the Message or FilePath of the attachment to be sent.
All the variables are System.String (String type).
Output: "STATUS CODE" gives "OK" as a string in case everything has been executed successfully.
NOTE: In order to sent a message to an user, the user needs to first start the chat with the bot (only the first time).

It can send documents up to 50 MB.
