UiPath Form Activities

The Form activity package allows you to create complex customized forms, with the purpose of collecting user or application input.

The Form activity package provides the capability to develop complex, tailor-made forms designed for the purpose of gathering user or application input.

Starting with the 23.4.3 release, a new Form experience is available, marking the split between two different Form experiences:

• Learn more about the pre 23.4 Form experience .

The current Form experience empowers users to construct intricate forms, enabling the collection and processing of user or application input. It offers control over the display through customized user and event triggers.

The current Form experience includes:

1. Independent Form Creation: Construct forms autonomously without being bound to a specific activity, leveraging the .
2. HTML-Based Custom Forms: Develop custom forms using HTML files.
3. Flexible Display Options: Showcase a single form or multiple forms simultaneously. Furthermore, multiple instances of the same form can be displayed concurrently.
4. Event-Driven Triggers: Establish triggers based on form events, such as component changes or loss of focus.
5. Uninterrupted Workflow Execution: Ensure continuity of workflow execution even when a form is actively displayed.
6. Runtime Form Interaction: Dynamically edit and retrieve form values during runtime.
7. Dynamic Layout Adjustments: Modify form layout properties dynamically at runtime.
8. Custom JavaScript Execution: Execute forms using custom JavaScript for enhanced flexibility.
