Zendesk is a cloud-based help desk management solution which helps users create customer service portals, knowledge bases, and online communities. With its customizable front-end portal and live chat features, Zendesk allows users to integrate with applications like Salesforce and Google Analytics. The solution enables users to manage incidents, priorities, statuses, users, and more across multiple Help Desk Elements.

To automate processes, a connection with the Zendesk instance needs to be established, and step-by-step instructions for authentication are available on the Zendesk authentication page.

The Zendesk connector also supports events via polling, with more information about the events supported available on the Zendesk events page.

Once connected, users can enable Zendesk activities in UiPath Studio, allowing them to build automations that interact with their Zendesk data. These activities enable create, read, update, and delete operations on Zendesk objects.
