This demonstration by DigiServ, powered by UiPath, demonstrates how RPA can improve the speed and quality of routine processes within a legal practice.Digi, the persona of RPA from DigiServ, will process routine legal notice emails and attachments received frequently by the law firm:<ul><li>Processing several new notice emails, downloading attachments</li><li>Improving the attachment filename by adding the case number (gathered from email subject) and date / time received</li><li>For each attachment:</li><li>Using case # from email subject, gather the internal matter ID and client name (via lookup from internal records)</li><li>Place PDF into the Clio practice management system, into the appropriate client/matter folder</li><li>Send an email notifying the contacts (such as attorneys, paralegals, clients, etc) of the newly received notice</li><li>Archive the original email to “Processed by Robot” folder for future reference</li></ul>This is but one example where DigiServ can help you leverage UiPath RPA for a more efficient and more accurate practice using Clio, or other similar business applications.Components used within the demonstration: UiPath, Outlook, Clio practice management, and a CSV file.DigiServ is helping you grow a better business by eliminating boring work.
