This solution is useful for quick Salesforce leads creation by reading predefined data from multiple CSV files and by using “Add Lead” activity. After leads are successfully created, they will be validated by using “Check ID” activity.

  

How to use:

*   Watch the [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRIfbgbVzfs) in the Media section in order to establish connection between UiPath and Salesforce Lighting Platform. 
*   Update the CSV files with appropriate data (CSV files by default are stored in “CsvLeadData” folder).
*   Open Main.xaml in UiPath Studio.
*   Click on Run File.
*   It will ask you to provide needed input data such: Salesforce username, Salesforce password, Security Token, Consumer Key, Security Key and location of the CSV file (in case it was changed from the default location).

This solution is helpful for quick Salesforce contacts creation by reading predefined data from multiple CSV files and by using the “Add Contact” activity.  

Also, if some of the fields like AccountId and ReportsToId are not populated in the CSV files, this solution is offering the option either to choose to continue anyway (because they are not required fields), to provide CSV file for creating new account/contact, or to choose from the list of existing accounts/contacts from Salesforce. 

After contacts are successfully created, they will be validated by using “Check ID” activity.

      -  Choose from existing accounts/contacts – providing list from existing accounts/contacts in Salesforce by using Get Account List/Get Contact List activities, giving the option to choose one of them.

Also, if the field ParentId is not populated in the CSV files, this solution is offering the option to either choose to continue anyway (because that is not a required field), to choose from the list of the existing accounts for parent account or to provide a CSV file for creating new account for the parent account.

             **3.** **Add new Account for Parent Account** (user can add a new Account for Parent Account, you need to provide a new path (stored in the “CsvAccountDataNewAccount” folder) for the new Account)

After the campaigns are successfully created, they will be validated by using “Check ID” activity.

6.   If PrarentId is not populated, choose how to proceed: 

       -  Continue Anyway -  the campaign will be created without the ParentId, since it is not a required field

       -  Create new Campaign – update CSV file with appropriate data (CSV files for creating campaign whose Id will be used as ParentId by default are stored in “CsvCampaign” folder) 

       -  Choose from existing Campaigns – providing the list from existing campaigns in Salesforce by using Get Campaign List activity, giving the option to choose one of them.
