As we all know, Ephesoft Transact offers machine learning-powered extraction of structured or unstructured documents and digitization of semi structured and unstructured data as well.

The package consists of 7 activities:

**Transact Scope** \- The activity opens a connection to your instance of Transact, allowing all contained activities to be authenticated. Also pulls Batch Classes to be used at design time. 

**Upload Batch** - The activity sends multiple files to your Batch Class for processing.

**Get All Batch Instances** - The activity retrieves all active Batches with a specified status.

**Classify Document** \- The activity submits a (potentially multi-page document) for OCR and classification. As this file can contain multiple different types of documents (e.g. invoice, contract, transcript...), a list of all constituent document types is returned along with the fields they may comprise.

**Single-Page Extraction** - The activity submits a single-page file for fast OCR, classification, and extraction of fields.

**Multi-Page Extraction** - The activity will submit multi-page files covering several document types and tables for processing. 

**Get Extraction Results** - Retrieves extracted fields and tables using the reference code from the previous activity.

  

**This component particularly contains the skeleton solution model of Ephesoft with UiPath.**

This solution component will **connect** your database with WaveApps! and **update** the data! **Generate** the invoice! Send **notification** to the Customer.

What is WaveApps?

**Wave** is a company that provides a suite of financial services and online software for small businesses. 

Features:

*   This bot will take the values from the data base.
*   It will update the data from the data base to the third party software as WaveApps.
*   It will clear the data base after the update in WaveApps.
*   It will send one notification to the user after the successful running.

  

**Working Flow**

If any new update was performed in the Data Base then the Bot will generate and update the invoice details in the Wave.

Once the data is updated in the Wave then it will send a notification to the user and update the Data Base as well.
