When robots encounter exceptions, they have the ability to raise their handling to humans by automatically opening tasks on the system. Along with the task, the robot also passes the specific context. When humans operate on the tasks, the specific context will be rendered as a form. Upon completing the form, the task is then closed and the output is passed back to a robot to continue the process.The communication is bi-directional, as both the human and the robot can trigger activities to each other. Any party can initiate the communication.Behind the scenes, the Orchestrator intermediates communication through queue transactions. Robots communicate with the system by posting information to the queue. This information includes metadata that will determine which form fields are presented to humans.
