The Ephesoft package can do digitization of semi structured and unstructured data.

Package consists of 7 activities

**Transact Scope** \- The activity opens a connection to your instance of Transact, allowing all contained activities to be authenticated. Also pulls Batch Classes to be used at design time. 

**Upload Batch** - The activity sends multiple files to your Batch Class for processing.

**Get All Batch Instances** - The activity retrieves all active Batches with a specified status.

**Classify Document** \- The activity submits a (potentially multi-page document) for OCR and classification. As this file can contain multiple different types of documents (e.g. invoice, contract, transcript...), a list of all constituent document types is returned along with the fields they may comprise.

**Single-Page Extraction** - The activity submits a single-page file for fast OCR, classification, and extraction of fields.

**Multi-Page Extraction** - The activity will submit multi-page files covering several document types and tables for processing. 

**Get Extraction Results** - Retrieves extracted fields and tables using the reference code from the previous activity.

*   **Create Case** - Creates a new case for a given process.
*   **Get Cases** - Retrieves all cases for a given process.
*   **Get Work Items** - Retrieves all work items for a given case.
*   **Execute Work Item** - Accepts required inputs and executes the selected work item.

Interact with Bizagi Studio to control cases and work items.

**Activities list:**

*   Google Speech To Text
*   Google Text To Speech

**Properties:**

*   ServiceAccountFile - the service account JSON file generated from Google Cloud Platform.
*   Confidence - level of speech detection between 0 and 1.
*   Language - the language for the SpeechToText activity (e.g., en, fr).
*   LanguageCode - the language code for the TextToSpeech activity (e.g., en-US, fr-FR).
*   Gender - the gender of the voice.

**Problems at Runtime**

  

Because UiPath already has some activities that are using Google API, you will find Google.Apis.\* dll files in AppData\\Local\\UiPath\\app-\* (where \* is your version number) or in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\UiPath\\Studio.

The files have the version number 1.13.1.0, but this package is using 1.33.1. So in order to have everything working, you can rename them to Google.Apis.\*\_old, forcing Studio to load the latest dependencies.

The Azure Face API is a cognitive service that provides algorithms for detecting, recognizing, and analyzing human faces in images. The ability to process human face information is important in many different software scenarios, such as security, natural user interface, image content analysis and management, mobile apps, and robotics.

This activity set contains four activities:

**Add Face** - Train the facial recognition model to recognize a person's face.

**Detect Faces** - Extract the face(s) of one of more people in an image

**Identify Faces** - Identify the people by name within an image

**Verify Face** - Confirm whether or not a specified person is in an image
