The package contains a set of activities which can be used independently or in a flow of multiple combined activities respecting the business logic of the flow in NetSuite. These activities can also be used together with any other activity.

  

All the activities have mandatory and (sometimes) optional inputs based on the logic provided.

  

Each activity has a mandatory property called UiElement as input/output. Any activity should be included in a Use Application/Browser resource card manually indicating the NetSuite application page needed (this can be the Home page, for example). In the Use Application/Browser resource card, the user should Save For Later Use (new variable) the Output of the Use Application/Browser and then use this value as an input for each NetSuite activity included inside the resource in the UiElement property.

This package includes a set of activities that interact with the NetSuite User Interface and are meant to be used by Citizen Developers.

The template starts with an Use Application/Browser activity where the user should indicate the Home page of the NetSuite application in Google Chrome browser. The activities inside the Use Application/Browser container follow the business logic of creating a new vendor in NetSuite:

1.  Navigates to New Vendor page.
2.  Selects the type of the form that should be used.
3.  Iterates through some of the mandatory fields in the New Vendor page. Be aware that those fields might differ from one company to another so the user must configure the activities properly to suite his needs.
4.  Saves the newly created vendor.
