Firebase is a mobile and web application development platform developed by Google. The Firebase Realtime Database is a cloud hosted database. Data is stored as JSON and synchronized in realtime to every connected client.

The activities in the Firebase Connector developed for UiPath Studio allows the user to work in the background with Firebase Realtime Database.

The Dropbox Activity package contains 14 activities (will add more activities in future) that allows user to perform various operations like Add, Move, Copy, Delete a file or a folder, Download a file, Download a folder as zip, upload a file to Dropbox, Generate the shareable link and Get the user account information.  Please check below for the entire list of activities:

This document covers the usage of Getter Setter Activities in UiPath, its features and benefits.

The Getter Setter Activity is very similar to the “GET SET” properties we use in other programming language like C# and Java. The only difference here is all the properties which we declare inside the code is public and can be accessible at any location inside the project.

The Getter Setter Activity supports all types of data in UiPath. You just need to declare the variable once and it can be used anywhere in the project. The benefit of this activity over arguments can be understood with the help of following example:

*   Suppose the project flow is like Page1 -&gt; Page2 -&gt; Page3. If we want to use the variable “**V1**” declared on page1 to page3, then we have to use arguments both on page2 and page3 to pass the variable value to page3 from page1. The same can be achieved with the help of getter setter without passing the value in the form of argument to another page. You declare the variable on page1 keep it in **setter** and fetch the value wherever required using **getter**.

While developing workflows in UiPath Studio we need to deliver certain notifications. The best way to do this is through pop up messages. The Self Closing Alert Box activity solves this by helping you set up the notifications that will be shown to the user in the form of a message box which will disappear after a defined period of time that you can configure.

This activity uses three input parameters:

1.  **Caption**: add here the title of the alert window.
2.  **Message**: add here the text message that will be included in the notification
3.  **TimeInMiliseconds**: This is an integer type input parameter which sets up the message box time on the screen. Once the time has passed, the message box will disappear.

E.g. To display the alert box for 5 seconds on the window, you need to enter 5000 as the parameter value.
