This package includes 3 Kibana Dashboards - jobs, errors, queues.

Jobs:

*   Number of process runs
*   Run-time summary metrics
*   Details table with date, process name, robot name, and number of runs
*   Execution time in hours of processes per robot
*   Robot utilization time in seconds
*   Machine utilization time in seconds

Queues:

*   Transaction status by queue(successful vs failed)
*   Exception type breakdown
*   Total queue item count by priority
*   Total transaction count by status
*   Queue execution time per robot

Errors:

*   Errors per process
*   Errors per robot per process
*   Errors details table with timestamp, process name, robot name, reason, and count
*   Errors per robot and machine

This package includes a pre-built Insights dasbhoard specifically made for Jobs that have entered the suspended state as part of the Orchestration Process and thus are considered Long-running. Metrics include:

*   Robot utilization time in seconds
*   Machine utilization time in seconds

[Upwire](https://upwire.com/) is a cloud-based platform that enables users to build intelligent customer communication workflows (i.e., templates), including SMS chatbots for customer service, two-factor authentication with temporary PINs via SMS, and interactive voice response (IVRs) for call menus.

This package consists of 4 activities:

**Upwire Scope** - Establishes an authenticated connection between UiPath and your Upwire account using your account credentials.

**Send SMS** - Sends a message via SMS. Has the option to generate and include a numeric pin in the message.

**Start Job** - Executes a communication workflow on Upwire's platform.

**Stop Job** - Cancels a workflow on Upwire's platform.
