ChatGPT integrations

This package contain one simple activity to make use of ChatGPT (gpt3.5-turbo model). 

  

You only need to fill in the body and system prompt as string, and receive an output string from the assistant. You will also need an API key, which is free in the beginning (but lasts for some time).

  

Get an API key here (once you have an account): https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys. Enter the API key into the input argument.

  

All the work regarding the formatting of the JSON body and extraction of data from JSON is covered, so you can focus on the input and output.

This activity simplifies API Requests to Chat GPT (unofficial).

In this project, we have developed a versatile, reusable BOT that seamlessly interacts with the powerful **Chat GPT APIs**. This BOT can be employed in two distinct modes to streamline your workflow:

*   firstly, it can operate based on a configuration Excel file, which contains a comprehensive list of categories and associated questions. By leveraging the APIs, the BOT can **autonomously search** for the appropriate responses and append them to the same Excel file, in a designated new column. 
*   alternatively, the BOT can also be utilized with **arguments**, enabling users to receive prompt responses by simply passing the desired question.

Bot to extract answers for all the questions included in the Config File.

**Steps to connect APIs in UiPath Orchestrator**

- Open  in browser.
- Click on Integration Service in UiPath Orchestrator.
- Search for OpenAI in Connectors tab.
- Click on OpenAI  and then click Connect to OpenAI.
- Add the API and click connect in browser.
- The connection will be created in Integration Service.
- To create the connection with OpenAI and UiPath Studio, the system has to be connected with the same mail_id.

**Connection in UiPath Studio:**

- Drag and drop Generate Chat Completion activity, and click on Add New Connection.
- Establish the connection in Integration Service.
- This makes the connection with the API key.

If any changes occur or a new connection needs to be added, click on Manage Connections in UiPath Studio.

This automation helps create emails using ChatGPT.

This activity uses the UiPath Invoke Code activity to call the OpenAI GPT-3.5 model API with input parameters including the prompt, model name, maximum tokens, and API key. The workflow validates input parameters and logs relevant information using the Log Message activity. It catches exceptions and throws error messages with the relevant information if there is an error in the API call or JSON parsing.

  

**Input Parameters:**

*   Prompt - the text prompt for the GPT-3.5 model to generate the output.
*   ModelName - the name of the GPT-3.5 model to use for generating output.
*   MaxTokens - the maximum number of tokens to generate the model output.
*   APIKey - the API key for the OpenAI API, which is required for authentication and authorization.

**Output Parameters:**

  

Response: The generated text response from the GPT-3.5 model.

This library is used for calling OpenAI GPT-3.5 API with prompt, API key etc. Returns the generated response from GPT.
