GEH Queue Framework

Fixed bugs in GEH_CreateReport and GEH_Main. Updated packages to ensure compatibility with Studio 2022.10.2. Modified config to use YAML instead of Excel.

1. Lots of small tweaks to code and comments. Updated documentation, and updated packages to latest versions. Tested to work with Studio/Assistant 2022.4.3
2. Removed screen recording, since it added little value and added unnecessary code complexity
3. Fixed a bug where exception tasks in Action Center weren’t displaying properly

1. Updated from .NET 4.6.1 Windows Legacy to .NET 5 Windows, updated documentation, and updated packages to latest versions
2. Removed AllTestCases_Test.xaml because it does not work in .NET 5 Windows
3. Tested to confirm that the template works with Studio/Assistant 2022.4.1
4. Modified Config.xlsx & InitAllSettings.xaml to separate FrameworkSettings from ProcessSettings
