概要
After each SAP Solution Manager update, the connected systems must be functionally checked in "SolMan Setup". This involves running through several steps for each "managed system", whereby in the vast majority of cases it can be assumed that the systems are still connected smoothly and are functionally available.
The test steps must nevertheless be performed, which in the case of a multi-level system landscape and a moderate SAP system landscape quickly means several man-days of effort for simply clicking through process steps.
The Managed System Update Bot for SAP Solution Manager automates that entire process.
The UiPath products used in this Business Solution are:
Mandatory
- Attended Bot – runs the automation
- UiPath Studio - to publish the solution to
- UiPath Assistant as easy-to-use sidekick
Usage of Orchestrator is optional.

- Support of multi-level landscapes.
- Password storage for connectivitiy and administrative users.
- Selection of target SAP Solution Manager.
- Specification of user/password for specific systems for extended steps like RFC connection tests.

- Creation of detailed walkthrough report after each execution.
