このワークフローテンプレートは、気象庁の防災情報XMLを取得・処理するためのものです。このXMLの中身は日本語となっているため、日本語無しでは処理することが困難です。そのため日本語以外の言語のマニュアルは用意しておりません。

Unfortunately, there is no manual in other language except Japanese, because this workflow is designed to handle xml files which are issued by Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) and their contents are mostly Japanese. So, even if there is a manual in other language, it's difficult for non Japanese speaker to handle its information.
