A purchase order is a commercial document and serves as the initial official proposal extended by a buyer to a seller. This document outlines specifics such as product types, quantities, and mutually agreed-upon prices for goods or services. Its primary function is to regulate the procurement of products and services from external suppliers.
Thia model can extract frequently occurring data points from various layouts of purchase orders. This encompasses a range of up to 18 distinct fields and the table of contents. By achieving this level of extraction accuracy, this model significantly enhances the efficiency and precision of working with purchase orders, contributing to streamlined procurement processes.
The Document Understanding Solution Accelerators come equipped with Specialized AI models tailored to particular document types. If a business wishes to refine these models to resonate more closely with a particular document variant in their unique operational context, the models can be further trained. With the groundwork firmly in place, the implementation time can be reduced by weeks.
The use of UiPath Document Understanding Models utilizes UiPath AI Units.
