 - I've used it in a data scraping project and it worked as expected, though it would be nice to see a simpler way for configuring it and a more structured way for the entire workflow.

Some minor changes can be made in order to correct the spelling mistakes.

Some logical changes are welcome also.
"AddressFlow" is a flowchart but it is suitable for sequence


“If there is a comma at the end of state” - an if and an assign that can be made into a single assign:

I suggest a rethinking of the solution in order to simplify and make it easier to understand for the users. Also, using a dictionary for things like “Replaces States Names to their Intials”
