The 'Advance Filter' activity is specifically designed to handle scenarios where there is a large list of items, potentially imported from an Excel spreadsheet, and there is a need to identify or remove specific items based on certain criteria. For instance, in a situation where a dataset contains millions of rows with diverse text information, and there is a requirement to check for the presence of censored words, a prepared list of such words can be effectively applied using this activity. The filtering process is executed with speed, providing results in a matter of seconds.
This version includes the filter itself where it accepts as input 2 Lists of Strings and the Output is a List of String. Also, if the information is in a DataTable Column, it includes an activity that converts a DataTable column to a List of String.
