When the document is structured or semi-structured you may have need to extract text pieces that have always the same fixed position (line number and column number) or the same position RELATIVE to another text piece (anchor). Given a text, it will automatically detect the new line string (i.e. LF or CR + LF) and gives you the activities to:

*   Get line count
*   Get a specific line by number
*   Get a string by coordinates (line number, column number, length)
*   Get a string by anchor (given a text anchor or a regex anchor you can specify the line number relative to the Nth occurrence of the anchor, the column number relative to the line start, the length to extract)
*   Get a string by column relative to anchor (given a text anchor or a regex anchor you can specify the column number relative to the Nth occurrene of the anchor, the length to extract)

For the last three activities you can even specifiy a list of words to be trimmed from the result.
