ALOE Control Room is a comprehensive tool that facilitates the monitoring, control, and optimization of automated processes, promoting effective collaboration between people and robots.

ALOE provides an additional functional layer that expands and optimizes UiPath’s capabilities. Thanks to its business-centric design, it allows organizations to maximize the value that UiPath offers. Its main contributions are:

1. Online Monitoring for Business Users ALOE allows those responsible for each automated process to monitor in real time the work of the robots in execution. This direct control functionality facilitates the natural integration of robots into the organization’s daily operations.

2. Automation of Complex Processes Its architecture, methodology, and abstraction capabilities make it possible to tackle complex business processes, going beyond the traditional focus on simple, low-impact tasks.

3. Advanced Process Analytics Thanks to a common abstraction language, ALOE provides built-in data analytics from the outset. This allows for effective management, future planning, and continuous improvement of automated processes.

4. Direct Access to UiPath Capabilities for Business Users ALOE puts UiPath’s technical capabilities at the service of business users, enabling their active participation in automation projects.

From a technological standpoint, key aspects of ALOE include:

• It introduces its own methodology to standardize processes and abstract them into a common language.
• It provides a set of activity libraries for UiPath that are invoked during the development of each robot to collect the necessary logs and data to monitor their activity.
• Developers can import the ALOE libraries into their projects to make use of these capabilities.
• Robots continue to be orchestrated via UiPath Orchestrator, but business users will monitor robot activity through ALOE. The platform is currently deployed in over 40 clients.
