Amazon Polly is an advanced service that transforms text into natural, lifelike speech, enabling the development of interactive, voice-powered applications.
How It Works
To facilitate outbound automation between UiPath and Amazon Polly, the activities utilize the UiPath Connector for Amazon Polly to establish an authenticated connection. Before initiating your first project, please follow the steps outlined in the Authentication Guide within the connector documentation.
Once the connection is established, it can be utilized across all activities within the package, ensuring seamless integration with the Amazon Polly instance.
Activities Included
- Convert Short Text to Speech - Convert short text to synthetic voice audio.
- List All Records - List all records in Amazon Polly.
This activity package is compatible with UiPath Studio versions 2023.10 and later.
Note: Currently, Amazon Polly supports the conversion of short texts to speech, up to 500 words. This is ideal for summarizing or concluding text rather than converting entire documents. Support for longer text and extended speech duration will be available in future updates.
