We were founded in 2005 in a tiny apartment in Bucharest, Romania as DeskOver.

Fittingly, it was a customer who, in 2012, first saw the immense possibilities for us in the fledgling RPA market. Our desktop automation product launched in 2013. In 2015, we introduced our enterprise platform along with our new name.

Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) is a robust and scalable email sending service, perfect for marketing campaigns, notifications, and transactional emails. With high deliverability, seamless integration via SMTP or APIs and detailed sending analytics, SES is tailored to meet the diverse needs of both developers and marketers.

### How It Works

To enable seamless outbound automation between UiPath and Amazon SES, the activities utilize an authenticated connection through the UiPath Connector for Amazon SES. 

Before starting your first project, ensure you complete the steps outlined in the [Authentication Guide](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/integration-service/uipath-amazon-ses-authentication) available in the connector documentation.

Once the connection to the Amazon SES instance is established, it can be used across all activities within the package.
